Website Quality Check · Jens Haupt
Your website costs leads.
The audit shows why.
Prioritized findings instead of a long error list.
What I see in practice
The most common problems and why they cost leads
Good technical metrics are not enough. What matters is what visitors actually experience.
The contact form breaks on mobile
Over half of your visitors come from smartphones. Failing on mobile means losing leads.
The CTA is too far down or too faint
Visitors don't know what to do. They leave - without an inquiry, without a booking.
Missing alt texts and poor contrast
Screen readers can't meaningfully read the page. This affects more people than you'd think.
The page loads too slowly
Loading times over 3 seconds cost an average of 40 % of visitors - before they read a single line.
The actual product
The scan is the means.
The analysis is the product.
Lighthouse and PageSpeed provide values. We explain what is really slowing things down and what matters next.
Prioritized findings
Not a long list. The most important issues come first - sorted by impact on trust, usability, and conversions.
Business impact explained
Every finding comes with a reason: Why does this matter? What happens if it stays? That gives you a decision basis.
Concrete next steps
No vague hints. Every recommendation is written so you or your agency can act on it directly.
What a finding looks like in the report
Not a list of errors. A basis for decisions.
Executive Summary
At a glance: What matters, what can wait.

Who is behind this
Jens Haupt – Senior QA Consultant
I've been testing software for over a decade - for enterprise applications, e-commerce platforms and internal tools. Problems are often well hidden. They don't show up in the design, but in the behaviour.
Website Quality Check makes this perspective accessible to business owners and companies without their own testing team.
Qualifications & Background
For agencies & freelancers
Use the report as a conversation starter.
An independent audit convinces clients faster than internal assessments. Use it as a starting point for optimisation projects, relaunches or maintenance contracts.
- Independent top risks for client presentations
- Quick wins for first implementation steps
- Developer-friendly findings in the Premium report
- Re-scan after optimisation available
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get that I couldn't find out myself with DevTools?+
The raw data is often available online. The difference is in the interpretation: which problem is costing you leads right now? What's urgent, what can wait? That's not a technical question - it's a judgement call that requires experience.
Is this an SEO tool?+
No. SEO aspects may appear, but the focus is on quality, trust and usability - from the perspective of a tester, not an SEO consultant.
Who fixes the problems?+
The audit shows the problems and gives clear recommendations. Implementation is done by your agency, your developer - or I can refer you to a suitable partner on request.
Is this a complete WCAG or legal compliance check?+
No. The report is an automated quality and risk check. Full WCAG, legal or data protection audits are not included and do not replace a lawyer.
How long until I receive the report?+
Usually within 24 hours of the scan starting. For Premium audits it may take 1-2 business days depending on scope.
